Document Review & Acknowledgment Workflows

Building directly on our recent Document Storage upgrades, you can now distribute documents and collect formal, verified acknowledgments from your reviewers.

3-Step Review Wizard

When a reviewer opens a shared document, the Document Viewer guides them through a secure step-by-step panel to fill out their professional details (First/Last Name, Email, and ID Code), review the file, and check off a formal reading confirmation.

Automated Audit Trails

The moment a reviewer clicks "Confirm," the system logs an immutable action in the Document History. This logs the specific reviewer, the exact timestamp, and links the action to that precise version of the document, giving you a bulletproof audit trail for compliance.
