Granular Control with "Manage Forms" Role Permission

We've introduced a new "Manage forms" role permission to provide you with more granular control over your workspace. Administrators can now assign this specific permission to users, allowing them to create and modify Forms. This enhances security and workflow efficiency by ensuring users only have the permissions they need to perform their tasks.

Standalone Forms for Seamless Data Collection

You can now create and use Forms without linking them to a specific document template. This powerful new feature allows you to leverage our intuitive Form builder for simple data collection. The data submitted through these standalone forms can be easily sent to any third-party service, such as Make.com, n8n, or your own application, via an HTTP request. This opens up new possibilities for automating your workflows, enabling you to use PDF Generator API as the first step in a broader data collection and processing pipeline.

Internal updates

Release 2.210.0 introduces internal updates, refactoring, and code improvements that are not directly visible to end-users.
