This release lays the groundwork for better document accessibility and improves transparency in template management.

Text Component Types

You can now assign specific types to Text components, such as standard body text or headings (H1, H2, etc.). While this automatically sets a default font size (which remains fully customizable), its primary purpose is to structure your document data. This feature paves the way for future capabilities, including automatic accessibility tagging and generating a Table of Contents.

Image Alternative Text

It is now possible to add alternative text descriptions to Image components. Similar to the text types update, this data will be utilized in future releases to automatically tag generated PDF documents for accessibility standards (PDF/UA).

Template Version History,

We have enhanced the Template Versions view. You can now see exactly which user or workspace created a specific version, giving you better visibility into your team's editing history.

Web Forms Rendering

We resolved an issue with the Table component in Web Forms to ensure that sub-items are rendered in the correct order.

Internal updates

Release 2.228.0 introduces internal updates, refactoring, and code improvements that are not directly visible to end-users.
