Release Notes 2.229.0 (26.11.2025)

This release introduces a new basic signing workflow, expands integration capabilities for the embedded editor, and improves the stability of our conversion engine.

Basic Document Signature Flow

You can now add a signature directly to your generated documents using the output=viewer option. Once a user adds a signature in the viewer, the document in your Document Storage is automatically updated with the signed version, ready for download. We are actively developing this feature and will add event tracking for document states in future updates.

Embedded Editor Events

We have added the ability to capture template events from the embedded editor using the postMessage API. This allows for tighter integration between your application and the editor.

Improved HTML to PDF Engine

Internal updates

Release 2.229.0 introduces internal updates, refactoring, and code improvements that are not directly visible to end-users.
