Release Notes 2.233.0 (31.12.2025)
This release introduces significant changes to our billing structure and usage calculations to provide more flexibility and transparency for high-volume users.
From "Merges" to "Credits"
We have updated our terminology and calculation method. Usage is now measured in "Credits" rather than "merges." This new system is based on page count: every 5 pages generated in a document consumes 1 Credit. This aligns usage more closely with actual output volume.
On-Demand Billing
To prevent service interruptions, we have introduced On-Demand Billing. You can now opt-in via your Billing settings to automatically purchase additional credits if you exceed your monthly allowance. You can specify a cap on how many extra credits you are willing to buy, ensuring you stay within budget while maintaining uptime.
Usage Limits & Suspension
We have updated our account suspension policy. Accounts will now be suspended immediately upon reaching 100% of their monthly limit (previously 110%).
- Recommendation: We strongly suggest enabling On-Demand Billing to avoid unexpected suspension if your volume spikes.
- Notifications: We will continue to send email alerts when you reach 75%, 90%, and 100% of your usage.
Minor improvements and bug fixes
- Fixed public form submission issue with empty Date fields.
- Improved content rendering logic to prevent memory leaks under high load.
Internal updates
Release 2.233.0 introduces internal updates, refactoring, and code improvements that are not directly visible to end-users.
