Release Notes 2.257.0 (17.06.2026)

We have finished our end-to-end Document Workflow Engine. You can now chain our Form Builder and Document Viewer to create automated processes, from initial data collection to final signature.

Unified Data-to-Signing Flow

You can now configure workflows so that after a user submits a form, they are automatically redirected to the Document Review and Signing flow. This removes manual steps and ensures data is populated into your template for review immediately.

New Document Webhooks

We introduced Document Settings (accessible via Settings > Documents). You can now define a Document Callback URL. When a document state changes—such as an acknowledgment recorded or a signature applied—the system pushes a payload to your endpoint.

• Data provided: The latest document version, reviewer metadata, and the signature or acknowledgment timestamp.
• Integration Ready: This connects directly with automation platforms like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier, allowing you to trigger actions like emailing a copy, saving to cloud storage, or updating your CRM automatically.
