Release Notes 2.260.0 (15.07.2026)

This release introduces custom document retention periods for automated storage cleanup, adds localized font support for Thai characters, and upgrades our core rendering library.

Custom Document Retention Settings

You can now manage your data governance and storage footprint directly from the document configuration.

  • How it works: Under Document Settings, you can specify how many days your documents remain in storage. The default retention period is 30 days, and you can lower this to a minimum of 1 day.
  • Data compliance: Once the retention limit is reached, the physical document file is permanently deleted from storage. The metadata and database records are kept intact to preserve your historical audit logs.

Updated Noto Sans for Thai and Latin character support

We updated the Noto Sans font family with native support for both Thai and Latin character sets. This ensures proper font fallback and crisp text rendering for international templates.

Bug Fixes

  • Document Viewer Name Display: Fixed an issue in the Document Viewer where the file header displayed the internal version name instead of the original, user-friendly document name.
  • Layout Overlapping: Resolved a edge case rendering bug where elements were placed to wrong positions under heavy load.
  • Staging Pipeline Fix: Resolved minor test assertions that were causing staging builds to fail during deployment testing.
